What a cute pup! Thanks for sharing.
I still have nightmares from 20-plus years ago when my cat Bandit sneaked into the clothes dryer while I was putting clothes into it. I started the dryer with no clue as to Bandit's whereabouts. A few seconds later, I heard thumps in the dryer and thought my son's sneakers were in the dryer, but didn't remember putting them there. Fortunately I decided to check the dryer. Out came Bandit, dizzy and a little warm! Thank God I opened the door. I still have nightmares about what could have happened. I still check on my cats' whereabouts before starting the dryer.

Also be sure to check out your wood stove...we had a 3 month old kitten adopt us three years ago November....When I went to clean out the wood stove for the beginning of winter a couple of years ago, I turned around and lo and behold there was Thomas sitting inside the stove just checking things out. I check out every opening that he could possibly get into......He's a real lover all 14#'s of him.....
